What is JetNook?
JetNook is an online travel search and comparison platform operated by AruRaj Consultancy. We help you find great deals on flights and hotels by connecting you with trusted global travel providers.
How does booking through JetNook work?
Once you find a flight or hotel you like, JetNook redirects you to a partner’s site to complete your booking. JetNook does not process payments, issue tickets, or manage reservations directly.
Bookings
I didn’t receive a booking confirmation. What should I do?
Since your booking is made on a partner site, you should receive a confirmation directly from them. If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact the partner’s customer support team.
How do I cancel or change my reservation?
All changes or cancellations must be made directly with the travel provider you booked with. JetNook does not have access to your booking or the authority to make changes.
What is JetNook’s refund policy?
JetNook doesn’t handle bookings or payments, so refunds are subject to the policies of the travel provider where the booking was completed. Please contact them directly for assistance.
Can I book a flight for someone else?
Yes. You can search for and book tickets on behalf of others. Just make sure all passenger details match the traveler’s passport or ID exactly to avoid travel issues.
How do I find out which company I booked with?
Check your email confirmation or your credit/debit card statement. The name of the travel provider should appear there. JetNook does not retain any booking records.
Flights & Prices
What’s included in the prices shown?
Prices on JetNook include base fare and mandatory fees (like airport taxes). Optional add-ons such as seat selection, baggage, and meals may cost extra and appear during the final booking on the partner’s site.
Is baggage included in the fare shown?
Usually not. Most fares shown are economy base fares and may not include checked baggage. Please confirm baggage details on the booking partner’s site before completing your reservation.
Can I search for flights for children or infants?
Yes. You can select the number of adults, children, and infants in the search filters on the JetNook homepage before running a flight search.
Can I search for multi-city or stopover flights?
JetNook supports basic one-way and round-trip searches. For complex multi-stop itineraries, we recommend using our partner platforms’ advanced search tools after redirection.
Do you offer group or corporate bookings?
JetNook allows searches for up to 9 travelers. For larger groups or corporate travel, we suggest you contact the jetnook directly after finding the flight details on JetNook.
Safety & Support
I was contacted by someone claiming to be from JetNook asking for money. Is it real?
No. JetNook does not make unsolicited calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages requesting payment or personal information. Never share your card, passport, or ID details through unofficial channels. If you suspect fraud, report it to local authorities immediately.
Can JetNook assist with my booking problem?
We’re happy to guide you and help identify your booking partner, but all ticket changes, payments, or refunds are handled directly by the provider where the booking was completed.
